Shipping
Our shipping is only available at Malaysia (East and West Malaysia). For International Delivery, we have the right to reject or accept the orders according to different deliver destination and situation.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) Please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery. We will only dispatch your order once we had received the acknowledgement of payment from your good self. The delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.
Our Delivery Charges are based on gross weight of the parcel (Included the combination of product, tag, bubble bag, packaging box, or paper bag). The prices of the above calculation are subject to additional 5% service Tax and 15% Security and fuel surcharge.

Payment
Once you place an order, we will immediatly send you the invoice with shipping and payment information for your order thru email.
We only accept Credit Card payment (Master/VISA), ATM Deposit or Bank In. (Note: America Express is not allowed).
Additional amount you bank in/pay to us is not refundable

Return Procedure
Goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable. Any complaint regarding products return dispute, please call 1-800-88-3322 to customer service department or email to ec@lohongka.com.
