How long does Lo Hong Ka take to process customer orders?
Lo Hong Ka need 3-5 days working days to carry out the orders, payments, packaging, shipping.

Does Lo Hong Ka provide International order and delivery?
Lo Hong Ka only provide Malaysia delivery (East Malaysia and West Malaysia). For International Delivery, we will identify the different circumstances to accept or decline your order.

If recipient is not at home or delivered location, how Lo Hong Ka handle this kind of circumstances?
Lo Hong Ka is based on the following the procedures for products and gift delivery:


(1) The delivery driver is according the information provided by the purchaser to deliver the products.

(2) If the recipient is not home or delivered location, driver will pass the goods to recipient's family members or colleagues. At the same time, the driver will obtain the signatures and IC Number from the people who accepted the goods.

(If recipient is not a home or delivered location, our company is not responsible for any complaint of product spoil or expired)
